Shipping:
The shipment will be made by a company selected by MardReap. Delivery dates are always non-binding, unless they are confirmed in writing by MardReap as binding.
Compensation in case of late delivery is excluded in any case, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of MardReap.
Return shipments should be made in original packaging and on the same transport route as the delivery, if possible. In the case of items that are impaired or damaged by signs of use, an appropriate fee will be charged for the reduction in value.
The same applies if accessories are missing when the goods are returned.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. In case of incorrect, incomplete or unclear information provided by the Customer, the Customer shall bear all costs arising therefrom. MardReap shall not be liable for any damage incurred in transit.
Shipping is at the risk and peril of the customer. The shipping costs are borne by the customer. The shipping costs are flat shipping rates and consist of the price of the transport company and a handling fee.
Should export or import duties become due in the course of shipment, these shall be borne by the customer.
We ship 1 to 2 times a week depending on the number of orders. On request, the tracking number for package tracking can be requested by email.
Shipping to Germany and EU is associated with appropriate shipping costs.
