With a running depth of approx. 1m, the Mard Reap Multisection Hybrid Swimbait is the answer for situations in which the bait should be offered below the water surface as far as possible. The running characteristics have been developed in such a way that the lure has a completely different swimming behavior than the classic Mard Reap Hybrid Swimbait. The frequency of the blade was also coordinated with the lure's behavior using computer animation and many test phases.
Due to the shallow running depth, we have had very good catches on our pre-alpine lakes in spring and early summer and in shallow water zones.
The running characteristics can be changedwith the pretension of the stinger (rear hook).
If the position of the stinger is selected so that the steel leader to the stinger is loose, the lure runs normally.
If the stinger is tensioned (the lure has a slight bend), the lure runs stronger and strikes much more.
